Welcome to JEET ("App", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Vera Level Apps Inc.

By downloading, accessing, or using the JEET mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use JEET. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Description of Service

JEET is a self-improvement and men's wellness application designed to help users build discipline, track habits, and monitor personal progress.

Features may include:

• Habit tracking tools
• Progress visualization
• Motivational prompts
• Performance analytics
• Subscription-based premium features

JEET is intended for educational and motivational purposes only.

3. Not Medical Advice

JEET does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

The App is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical or mental health condition.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of JEET require a paid subscription.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

You may manage or cancel your subscription through: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

We do not control Apple's billing system and cannot modify or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be made directly through Apple's refund system. Vera Level Apps Inc. does not issue refunds independently.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, branding, and intellectual property within JEET are owned by Vera Level Apps Inc. or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• Vera Level Apps Inc. shall not be liable for: personal decisions made using the App, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or service interruptions.

Your use of the App is solely at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.

You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
